$200 House call and euthanasia. Client keeps pet and arranges burial or pet cremation.
$300 House call, euthanasia and group cremation. Ashes spread in fields surrounding crematory.
$500 House call, euthanasia and individual cremation. Ashes rest in a paw print tin personally delivered by Dr. Karen.
Urns $150+ Catalog supplied at visit or mailed in advance. Click here to view online catalog of stone, metal, & wood urns. Dr. Karen will receive urn and place ashes before delivery.
* $50 long-distance travel fee applies for distances more than 30 miles one-way from Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. Checks and cash accepted for payment.
