“I just wanted to express my deepest gratitude to Caroline for helping our family say goodbye to our sweet Simba – he was safely nestled in our arms in the comfort of his home- no added stressors, just familiarity and ease. He ate Vienna sausages until his heart was content and rested in our arms during his final moments- the most peaceful passing one could ask for. Caroline was kind and supportive and was not invasive to our process and space in any way. Thank you all for providing this most loving and compassionate service for our beloved.”
