I just wanted to thank you for the kindness and compassion you showed my family as we said goodbye to our beloved greyhound, MoMo.
From the first time I called you, you were so caring and patient. You answered my questions without making me feel rushed, and by the time you came to our home, I knew we had made the right choice in calling you.
As heartbreaking as that day was, you made it as peaceful as it could possibly be. You treated our sweet girl with such gentleness and respect, and you gave us the time we needed to love on her and say goodbye. I will always be grateful that her last moments were at home, surrounded by the people who loved her most.
One thing that has stayed with me was when you explained what she was going through and reassured us that we were making the kindest decision for her. Even though we knew it was time, hearing that from someone with your experience brought me so much comfort. It helped quiet the part of me that kept wondering if we were doing the right thing.
Thank you for giving our girl such a peaceful passing and for showing so much kindness to all of us. I know this can’t be easy work, but I hope you know how much it means to the families you help. I will never forget your compassion.
