“We had made one of the most difficult decisions in our life to end our 14 year old soul dog Hannah’s suffering. We wanted to give her the most calm and relaxed in her own bed in her own home with her fur brother to be able to say goodbye. One of our family members had strongly recommended this service. As they had used it in the past. We are so happy we took this recommendation. Dr. Donna O’Leary made this difficult process so much easier. Both of my fur babies always run to the door barking and being a lot even if they know who’s at the door. When Dr. O’Leary came to the door both of my dogs approached her so calmly and she greeted them. She sat and both of them gently licked her face. It was almost like they were expecting her. I can’t explain it any other way. After a minute Hannah laid on her bed next to Dr. O’Leary as if to say okay I’m ready. Dr. O’Leary explained the process, explained what Hannah would experience and what her brother Diesel may do. Everything was so calm and natural. The whole thing from beginning to end was beautiful. Even with taking Hannah away. How respectful they were with us and even more so with her. It’s so heartbreaking to lose a fur baby but I wouldn’t do this any other way. Hannah deserved the best in life and in death and Dr. O’Leary definitely gave her the best cross over if that makes sense.”
